Fire Watch Services

Summit Fire and Life Safety a division of Summit Response Group LLC provides professional fire watch services in accordance with the International Fire Code (IFC) Section 901.7, ensuring continuous life safety coverage during fire protection system impairments.

We deploy trained off-duty firefighters to conduct structured hourly patrols, document life safety hazards, and deliver formal compliance reports to property owners, contractors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).

All staff will be clearly marked with hiviz with fire watch printed on it. Our staff will also check the property every hour and create logs of fire and life safety issues they find. Staff are also deployed with the ability to communicate via radio for faster response to fire incidents on the property.
