Fire Extinguisher Inspection & Service
Regular inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers are critical to ensuring they function properly in an emergency. Our expert fire extinguisher inspection and service includes thorough visual checks, pressure testing, tag updates, and recharging or replacement when needed. We ensure your extinguishers meet NFPA 10 standards and local fire code requirements, keeping your facility compliant and ready to respond effectively to fire incidents.
COST:
Monthly Inspection $8.00 per extinguisher. What’s Included: Visual Inspection, updated tags as needed, Cleaning of the unit, and documentation.
Yearly Inspection $15.00 per extinguisher. What’s Included: Visual Inspection, Hose Inspection, agent fluffing as needed, replacement tags, Cleaning of the unit, and documentation.
Service and replacement can vary depending on the work needed.

Emergency Exit Lighting Inspection
Properly functioning emergency exit lighting is vital for safe evacuation during power outages or emergencies. Our inspection services verify that all exit signs and emergency lights are operational, compliant with NFPA and local codes, and regularly tested for reliability.
COST:
Yearly Testing with 90 Minutes required for testing of each light is $15.00 per light assembly. This test involves activating the light for 90 minutes. The technician will also make sure that the light assembly is cleaned and in good working order.
