Command with Compassion Leadership Academy
A six-week live online leadership development program built around Jason Kephart's book, Command with Compassion: Leading with Grit, Heart, and Purpose in Crisis and Calm.
This program will help current and emerging leaders apply the lessons of grit, heart, purpose, communication, accountability, trust, and resilience to their current roles and everyday leadership challenges.
This will not be a passive course.
Participants will read, reflect, discuss, apply, and build a personal Leadership Operating Plan they can use beyond the classroom.
Participants can also expect guest lectures from leaders from different backgrounds from around the nation to gain valuable insight into how they lead their own agencies and groups.
Participants will meet weekly for 90 minutes via online for the weekly lesson and networking.
